What this is

bemicro is a book of synthetic positions on micro-cap stocks and tokens, margined and settled in BNB. Nothing here is a share, a broker account or a claim on any company. A position is a contract with the book, settled in BNB against a published price.

Prices

Exchange-listed names are valued from their home-exchange quote converted through their own currency; tokens from the deepest live pool on BNB Smart Chain. When a quote goes stale, new positions on that name pause and nothing is liquidated on an old price.

Risk

Leverage cuts both ways. A position is closed when the price moves against it by one part in its leverage, and the margin stays with the book. An option's premium is spent the moment it is bought. Only put in what you can lose in full.

Listings

A lister pays a fee and funds liquidity behind a name. That liquidity is the most the name can pay out; it is not refundable while positions on the name are open.

Where you are

You are responsible for whether using bemicro is allowed where you live. The book is run as-is, with no promise of uptime, price accuracy or profit.
